VerifiMind-PEAS is an open-source multi-model AI validation framework created by Alton Lee (Human Orchestrator, YSenseAI). This Privacy Policy applies to the VerifiMind-PEAS service at verifimind.ysenseai.org, including the Early Adopter (EA) and PILOT programs. As of May 12, 2026, all 13 tools are free for everyone (Core Tools Always Free pledge) and no paid services are active.

There are no active paid services at this time. VerifiMind-PEAS does not process payments, collect billing details, or store payment information. When future paid services (such as expert-orchestrated consultation reports) become available, this section will be updated with the payment processor, what data they share with us, and your rights — before any payment is collected.
VerifiMind-PEAS does not use tracking cookies. Anonymous usage telemetry on verifimind.ysenseai.org uses privacy-respecting analytics that do not track individual users.
As of v0.5.15, registered Scholar users may optionally pass their UUID as a
user_uuid parameter in any Trinity tool call. This is always voluntary —
anonymous tool calls work identically without it.

What we do NOT log: your concept name or description, the tool's response or output, your IP address linked to your UUID, or any personally identifiable information.
These logs flow into our GCP Cloud Logging pipeline and are used to power the Scholar usage
dashboard (/early-adopters/dashboard/{uuid}) and understand aggregate tool usage
patterns. Log retention: 30 days (GCP Cloud Logging auto-purge). You may stop
UUID analytics at any time by simply omitting user_uuid from tool calls.

No other third parties receive your data today. When future paid services launch, any payment processor introduced will be disclosed here before any data is shared.
Your account records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore with restricted access. We do not log your email address in server logs. Your UUID is your primary identifier in all internal systems.
This policy aligns with GDPR (EU), PDPA (Singapore/ASEAN), and the Z-Protocol v1.1 ethical framework (data minimisation, transparency, user autonomy).
We will notify registered users of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at verifimind.ysenseai.org/privacy.
